How to Sign in AAX account【PC】

1. Go to mobile AAX App or Website.
2. Click on “Sign in” in the upper right corner.
3. Enter your "Email" or "Phone number".
4. Click on “Sign in” button.
5. If you forgot password, click on “Forgot Password?”.

On the Log in page, enter your [Email] or [Phone number], and password that you specified during registration. Click "Sign in" button.

Now you can successfully use your AAX account to trade.

Forgot AAX Password

If you have forgotten your password, please find “Forgot Password?” on the Sign-in page to go through a reset process.

1. First, please input your registered phone number/email for verification.
2. Click "Send Code" .
3. After you have input your user account, you will be able to reset your password via 2FA (SMS, Google Authentication) and a notification will be sent to your email notifying your password change.
4. Upon verification, you can reset your new password, and the requirements are as follows: Minimum 8 Characters; at least one digit and at least one letter.
5. Once the password has been successfully reset, it will be effective immediately. You can then log in with your new password.

Before you withdraw,a payment password must be set up first in account center--security setting.

1.Log into your AAX account, click “wallet”in the top right, select "spot account",then click the withdraw icon.

2.Select the token you, and click "withdraw". In the withdrawal interface, fill in the address and quantity. For some token, you can select the transfer networks for withdrawal. Please confirm with the third party customer service before withdrawal to confirm whether a certain network is supported. Different token have different withdrawal limits, handling fees and minimum withdrawal requirements, which can be viewed on the fee rate page.

How to withdraw Fiat currency?

After logging into AAX official website, click on the wallet in the upper right corner, enter the fiat account, and click the fiat balance-fiat option.

For fiat deposit and withdrawal function, Level 2 verification(Proof of address) is required.

If you need to withdraw fiat currency, click the "Withdraw" button behind the coin.

1、After entering the cash withdrawal page, select currency and channel(The system will automatically display the actual supported channels for users to choose according to the selected currency), then click next step.

2、Enter the withdrawal amount and select the account. The details will show the received amount and the withdrawal fee, then click "Withdraw". Generally 3-5 working days to process fiat withdrawals.

Please note:

When adding an account under "Account Management" for fiat withdrawal, please make sure that you have entered the correct email address for the correct channel wallet. The wrong wallet payment channel wallet email address may cause asset loss! Finally, you need to verify your payment password set in AAX.


3、After the review is passed, the status in the funds history or transactions will be displayed as "success", and the balance of the withdrawal fiat currency can be viewed in the Fiat Balance.

2. Select the gateway you prefer (the system will automatically match the appropriate third-party payment gateway according to the currency and your region), and click "Next".

3.Select the credit account, enter the amount , and click "Next" (If you havent created a credit account yet, please click Add Account and fill in the required information. Note: Please make sure that the information you fill in is correct and valid otherwise it may cause asset loss!) You can check the actual received amount and fee in the pop-up page, please fill in the payment password you set in AAX(Users who have set Google 2FA also need to fill in Google verification code), and finally click "Confirm". Normally it takes 3-5 working days to process fiat withdrawal.


4.After that, you can go back to the withdrawal page and click the order icon in the upper right corner to check the status and details of your withdrawal order.

Is KYC verification required for withdrawal?

Withdrawal refers to referring your digital currency assets to other addresses (such as wallets, exchanges). If KYC Level 1 verification is not performed, the withdrawal limit within 24 hours is 2 BTC; after KYC Level 1 verification is completed, the withdrawal limit within 24 hours is 100 BTC . For the safety of your account and assets, it is recommended that you complete the KYC Level 1 verification as soon as possible.

What to do if withdrawing to a wrong address?

AA is unable to trace or return any payment that had went through but to a wrong address, please try to contact the recipient with other measures.

USDT withdrawal methods

There are three types of USDT withdrawal: Omni, ERC, and TRC. Currently, AAX withdrawals only support Omni and ERC, and the ERC method will be faster. In the future, we will also support the withdrawal method of TRC.

How long does the withdrawal take?

The withdrawal process could take up to 24 hours. We will post the fund to the blockchain as soon as possible upon receiving your request. However, we cannot guarantee the transaction will be instant. If you have time-sensitive withdrawals to perform, we advise you to set up a local wallet on your device for emergency purpose. Time-sensitive payments should not be made from your AA wallets.

A completed withdrawal does not mean that the fund has fully been processed. In most cases, it means that the transaction has been successfully posted on the Blockchain network. Once the transaction has been successfully listed there, the time it takes for the blocks to be confirmed may vary due to the congestion of the type of coin. As a result, it is very normal for unexpected/unusual delays in processing your transaction. For more specific information check your TxID to follow the status on the Blockchain network.

Once the transaction status is show as “Unconfirm”, this is most likely because the transaction is pending to be confirmed on the Blockchain network. For BTC (Bitcoin) or BTC projects, the transactions shall be confirmed by 1-10 blocks depending on the block volumes. For ETH (Ethereum) or Ether projects, the transactions normally confirm after 30 blocks.
